This tool has been developed with a view to monitor the effectiveness of the EU F-gas regulation and to identify opportunities for improvement.
For that purpose, EPEE invites users of this tool to participate in a data collection effort. If you participate, you will be invited provide data to an independent third party appointed by EPEE and/or EFCTC annually on request.. EPEE and/or EFCTC will ensure that the data provided and collected will remain fully confidential. In particular, no data of any individual installation can be derived from aggregated data which may be published by EPEE and/or EFCTC. Conditions of use:

EPEE and/or EFCTC decline all liability that the user may incur from the use of the downloaded recording tool. EPEE and/or EFCTC have developed the recording tool to the best of their knowledge with a view to facilitate and ensure compliance with the EU F-gas regulation. National regulations may require additional records or a specified format of recording - please check with your national authority for compatibility.
The use of the tool does not in any way release the user of its responsibilities for the accuracy of the records that must be kept pursuant to the EU F-gas regulation, or any national regulations.
